Don't fly-tip

“Don’t fly-tip” is a mobile application developed by the Environmental Protection Department of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It introduces the enhanced control against illegal dumping of construction waste under the Waste Disposal (Amendment) Ordinance 2013. Its real-time map allows parties concerned and the public to identify locations with depositing activities acknowledged by EPD through the prior notification procedures.
